01 Problem_Definition

A talented UX/UI designer needed a portfolio that matched his high standards for aesthetics and performance, moving away from generic site builders.

02 Engineered_Solution

Developed a high-performance portfolio site using Next.js, focusing on smooth transitions, optimized image delivery, and a clean, typography-first design.

03 Final_Outcome

A professional, lightning-fast portfolio that has served as a primary tool for landing high-level design roles and freelance opportunities.

Before Tom stepped in, I’d built three versions of my website using different builder platforms, each one worse than the last. The sheer number of tools, templates and “best-practice” tips left me paralysed, and when I did make progress it was often undermined by unresponsive layouts and buggy behaviour.
